What payment methods do you accept? TOP
Currently, we offer payment through Paypal or direct bank deposit. Credit card payments can be processed securely through Paypal without having an account. When will I receive my order? TOP
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 business days of receiving your full payment. How much is postage? TOP
Postage is charged at a flat rate of $10, except orders going to NT and WA which are $15, regardless of how many items you purchase. Do you ship internationally? TOP
Currently, we are unable to ship orders outside of Australia. What happens if my order is lost or damaged? TOP
At the checkout, you will have the option of selecting Registered Post for an extra $2.50. This includes insurance of your parcel for up to $100 and also tracking of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to your order if you choose to send it through Regular Mail.
